my 25th....i overheard some of my husbands plans to take me to Vegas. It was supposed to be a surprise (and I acted like it was) but I couldn't help it, I was so excited! And I had to pretend I didn't know for 2 months!!!

Had to be my 21st. My mate was putting on a drum and bass night, it was his first and there were loads of big names on the bill. All my mates were there from their various universityies and loads people we knew from home were there too. There was a real crowd, I got to hang out in the VIP room, was spoilt rotton, the MC's wish me happy birthday live on stage and then came back to my boyfriends house and did a private set all night. Awesome. My birthday celebrations lastest all week with a party at uni as well as a more sedate night out just me and my man and a trip to my parents to celbrate there. I was young and loving it!! It was one of those times where all responsibilites went out of the window and I just enjoyed living. Things have slowed down so much as I've grown older that I appreciate it even more now, it sums up my youth!!!

Sixteen was my big one. I got a car at 15 1/2 and mom and dad wouldn't let me drive it until age 16. I am 40 now and still remember that old car to this day. I will always miss my `65 Falcon.

My 18th without a doubt. I felt like once I was 18 I would have the whole world at my feet and I'd be able to do anything I wanted!

I kinda looked forward to my 40th. I'm like a big kid anyway but by then at least I've got some life experience and an appreciation of whats important to me and whats not.

my 6th... i think by that age you realise what birthday's mean and the present advantages you get.... i had a big birthday party.. and we watched transformers.... it was wicked
