Sounds like you are under a great deal of stress. There are several things you can try to alleviate all that tension such as exercise (even running in place), prayer or taking up a hobby that requires a lot of focus like knitting. Good luck with your case.

Aside from taking (and I'm serious, not at all condemning you, as I have been in a lot of stress, and worked through it...so, I've kind of been there. Your situation is worse, but the stress hurts just as bad...) ok, first of all first of all taking responsibility for what ever got you here, and second- taking action to correct it. You have to get rid of whatever is causing it, but I've listed some "meanwhile options" below.
I am not sure if you can, but if you can "beat them to the draw" so to speak, try to settle out of court. Sometimes when people (if they are creditors) see that you are serious, they will try working with you and save the court costs.... but if its something else, and you have to go through it, resolve to never get yourself in this situation again, and work one step at a time, to get yourself out of this one, and to better yourself to never be there again.
Meanwhile, if you are eating/drinking anything with High Fructose Corn Syrup in it, know that it will amplify the stress. It doesn't let your stress hormone shut off. Look up H.F.C.S. + Cortisol on webmd, or just on the web. I gave up sodas, and it has made a GIANT difference. (And I was drinking a LOT of them.) Now I can actually deal with the stress that I still have left.
Another thing is deep breating exercises. You have to breathe in (I think through your nose?) until your stomach rises, hold for a few seconds, and then exhale through pursed lips. Look that up too, as you can get real directions.
I would also suggest prayer, and reading your Bible. The Psalms are comforting. But you must also know that God would want you to be responsible for whatever you have done. He won't take you out of it, but will walk through it with you, if you are His child. (And thats the easy part, if you haven't already, just ask Him to forgive you of your sins...John 3:16) Believe that Jesus is the Son of God, and that He died to save you. Then just "walk as Christ walked." And when you feel God prompting you that you should, let others know that you accepted Him as your Savior, and how they can know Him.
By all means, get exercise, and get in the outdoors if at all possible, even if it is just for a little while. Deep breathe in that fresh air... Learn to appreciate what is good in your life, and remember that this too, will pass. Nothing last forever, except Gods love for us. It may be hard right now, but be working on how to change your life into what you want it to be (if you have to go,) after you get back from jail. I know all that is easier said than done, but break it down into managable parts, and be strong. You have a Y!A family out here rooting for you to be ok.
Good Luck, and may God walk with you every step of the way.
