I would take my grandmother to Alnwick Castle in the UK. We are decedents from the Devescy's that lived there around the 1100's. AND of course take my 12 yr old daughter, who loves Harry Potter, because Alnwick Castle is part of the location for filming the movie. So it would be a great adventure for us, I think. Thank you for the opportunity to share this with you. The history of this castle is very interesting, if you are into that.
