Macgyver!
In a way, Knightrider is really dependent on machines. If the car goes wrong, both him and Penny will be in trouble, too. While Macgyver only needs to use his brain, and instinct; and he can solve the most complicated problems (in this case, it's to save Penny Parker) using the least technology! =D

Macgyver. Knight Rider would have to get a tune-up, fill up the tank, oil change and check the pressure in all of the tires. Macgvyer would just use a piece of chewed bubble gum and a q-tip and Penny Parker is saved.

Knightrider......he and the car can split up for this mission, he can come in from the front and Kitt the car can sneak in from the back, and while Kitt distracts the evil dictator, he,(Man! I can't think of his name, sorry!!!) can rescue Ms. Parker. Then, Macgyver can come in and wrap the dictator in duct tape.
