Yeah, lots of them do. I know If i spoke like that as a teen I got a slap from older people i know and i'd expect it from a parent.
It's this hip hop crap glamourising it, it's not the music before you soap box twats get involved it's the lyrics.
I like guitar music, but if Oasis had a guitar and just sung about shooting, being shot, being a pimp and crap I would laugh at them.
Bottom line you are not in the ghetto.
The people in the ghetto who pimp women, deal drugs and shoot people are f'ing idiots, if you look up to them and glamourise that crap ignorant attitude your as bad as them.

The same reason my Dad dressed up in crape sole shoes and called himself a teddy boy and the same reason I used to dress up as a punk, to annoy people like you. I'm from a family with 12 kids (and we actually DID grow up in the part of town no one wanted to live in).....and none of us ever thought we were anything other than broke kids.

I myself have never met a "white teenager who believes he/she is black" ... ..My daughter was best friends with a girl who used to get scolded by her family that she was "acting too white." That girl's parents would actually say that while my daughter was standing right there!

If someone believes they are something other than what they really are.....the truth will catch up with them sooner or later.

Because they are trying to integrate into society and honestly its not easy. Sometimes you have to pretend. I am glad you say "he Believes" they is black. That means you are not yet sure whether its one or a bunch.
