how do I print my pictures from emails without the content of the letter included?

Try right-click on the picture you want, then select Print Picture...

To organize them first, select Save Picture As... instead. Then you organize the saved pictures to be printed later.

Right-click on the image and choose to open with an image editing or displaying program. If it's webmail, right-click the image, save it to your PC, then open it with it's own image editing or displaying program.
