I'm really bored in my job but I know that most people would give their eye teeth for it. I work in a top TV production company developing factual programmes and documentaries. The only thing is, I just can't get motivated to be excited about it. Help! Make me realise how good I've got it without telling me about the children in Africa.

any job done with full faith and hardwork, and you get enough money to survive that job is the best job
may be u r too tired burnt out so you need a break take a break
i see everybody in concentrating on celebrities iraq war, africa north korea
but if i were you then i would decide to show audiences something far out of all these
something like a how can a normal routine situation can create a comedy in which you laugh till you melt.?
soemthing like how busy bodies work? actually tv reporters are busy bodies?
somethinto stress out which eveyone will rush to watch?
soemthing which gives us a break from our routine life and give us a breathe of fresh air
well i think you can do better as you are more experienced them me
honeslty i am also bored of all these stories of africa/iraq/north korea. LIfe is already so hard these stories are giving me more stress

Unfortunately I cannot tell you how good your job is. If it were fun then you'd have to pay them to do it. Maybe it isn't so much the job you're bored with but the topics. Chose a topic that you can really sink your teeth into on your next documentary and I'll bet you will really get into it. That is of course unless someone else tells you what kind of programming you have to do in which case...it's work...that's why they pay you. Not fun cause then you'd have to pay them. I doubt that it helps but it's why I go do the 3d shift zombie job that I'm at.

I lost my job September 8 and am still looking for another one. That is boring. I'm struggling to pay my utilities, etc and sure would love to eat a "good" meal.
Get a sheet of paper and list on one side what you like about your job and your dislikes on the other. Ponder your dislikes, and try to find ways to improve them.
Your attitude makes a difference too. You have choices. Choose to make the best of your job and work on your attitude.

Sorry, can't help! Right now I would just like to have a job, that I want to go to and get a little respect at. I really hate being here, but know I have to, to pay the bills. Sorry, guess we are in the same boat. If you get a good answer, pass it on.
