Take a couple of aspirins before boarding (to improve blood circulation) and get up for a small walk inside the plane every half an hour. There's not much more you can do flying over the Atlantic ocean.

Well… first of all get comfortable shoes…
To make sure ur feet feels comfortable in them.
Call the airlines & tell them u got a leg pain & due to that u will need an exit Seat or any front row seats
(If you just call them & say “I need an exit or front row seats… they will not give u, due to high demand)… anyways if this doesn’t work, try coming to airport really early so u can choose Ur perfect seat…
Than make sure you have the cool stuff with you E.g.: iPod or any music player, so u could chill for a while
(Make sure u get those relaxing music- without Lyrics) so u will be comfortable or just Ur favorite music…
Remember: Drink, 1 class of water at least, every hour, or some energy drink like: Red Bull… so u stay active & get the required
Minerals which are lost while onboard due to the dry air.
Wear comfortable clothes & get 2, 3 cool magazines so u pass time quick.
Before leaving for flight, if in night than in morning time go for an foot & body messages, so u will be relaxed & will get that
“easy feeling”
But if u don’t have time for foot & body messages, than try Yoga…
Now the rest depends on you.
Have a nice flight!
- Cheers :)

I'd recommend those flight socks that you can get from most good pharmacies or from the airport, I'd also ask when you check in if you could possibly have a seat that has extra leg room if there is one available, in future you can request this when you book your flight (be warned they may charge you a little extra) Other than that make sure you get up every hour an go for a walk up and down the plane (just not why there serving drinks and dinner though lol)

I'm the kind of person for whom "butt room" is a much bigger deal than leg room. However, here are some tips for you!
1. Try to nab an aisle seat. I think you'll have more wiggle room then.
2. Distract yourself. Find something to get lost in like a book or hand work (I knit) to keep your mind off of being uncomfortable and make the time go faster.
3. Try to sleep, which is the best (and most difficult way) to make the time pass quicker. Maybe being a bit sleep deprived when you get on the plane or taking an anti-histamine is a good idea.
4. Speaking of pills, take Ibuprofin for cramping and soreness.
5. Keep in mind that no matter how miserable it is, by tomorrow you will have forgotten about it.
Good luck and have a safe trip!

Walk about the cabin to exercise your legs, wear flight socks (available from ASDA). The ache is fluid build up in your legs from sitting too long. If you don't move your legs frequently then you are also at risk of a DVT, which can affect young people as well as older people.
GET UP AND MOVE is the answer

it is a Nanny State certainly. How dare a group of morons who've the cheek to call themselves representatives of the human beings dictate what we may be able to do and what we may be able to say. The Police are operating with their hands tied at the back of their backs and the criminal safe practices service also well-known because the CPS enable the Police and the well-known public down time and time back. who's responsible for the state the country is in, our illustrious politicians for sure.

Get up and walk around every few hours....take off your shoes during the flight. Some people recommend taking aspirin to prevent blood clots. Maybe you should talk to your doctor about this.

It depends on what class/airline are you flying.
Next time you may check www.maxjet.com
A British airline with all business seats and affordable prices, higher than economy, but the legroom and service is great.
