Serivce works fine if you have a stable internet connection. The cheap DSL lines don't work all that well with any type of VOIP service like Vonage.

Vonage customer service is pretty bad. You can't understand a word the people say. But after initial setup and one quick voice mail question, I haven't had any reason to call them.

I've got it and I'm totally satisfied with it. I save a load of money because you don't get charged all the ridiculous fees and taxes you do with other phone companies. Over half of my old At@T bills were from taxes and fees alone! The only drawback I know of is that if the power goes out, you can't use the phone, but we have cell phones anyway so that's not an issue. I've never had any technical problems with it at all.

My sister had it and it sucked. It didn't sound like her voice and it would get really chopped up at times. They dropped it.
