Go to menu
Click the option Go
In that drop down list ,History appears.


Aliter -- Ctrl+H

Click on Go at the top, and then history. If he's already deleted the history, there isn't much you can do. You can see the Temp Internet Files and Cookies by clicking on Tools and then Options, which might give you a clue as to what he's doing on the computer.

if u really wanna block that sites.. go to tools->options->privacy->cookies->exceptions.. and u can add sites and block it..
