Hi I think maybe the biggest influence in my life was when I was little, I was visited by the devil (seriously) it made me think about my life why would I question why I was even here, If anything could happen to me at any given time, I wanted to make sure that I lived everyday to its full. I always go to the sea and just think about everything I pay for in my life that will never give me more satisfaction than a free view at the sea. lol Hayley-May

The example set by a very disabled man, who cared about his fellows, cared about society, and spent an enormous amount of time trying to explain to others how things could be easily and fairly accomplished.
He was an inspiration to everyone who met him, and tremendously brave.
He was awarded the M.B.E.from the Queeen for his serviced to Disabled Housing. If there were more like him the world would be a better place.

Eight years in a catholic convent school. For better (the delight in doing things to the best of my ability) and for worse (feeling obliged to scrutinise my motivations and actions, blame myself first, accept improvements unspeakingly). It has wreaked havoc in my life, as religion has done in many people's lives, and has taken me thirty years to shake off. Religions do good around them when they are based on compassion, but their precepts can be destructive. Just think, for example, of the way some religions (or their erroneous interpretation) take life after death (a simple hypothesis that has never been proven) as more important than life now (the only reality we can prove), to the point that they allow you to kill other people for their own good, and not think you've reduced a life, but rather helped someone to go quickly to his "true" life!

Jesus. I cannot say that I come from a religious background, but was just looking for something in this life. There had to be more, you know? well there is! Once I allowed Jesus into my life, nothing has been the same since!

Living by myself when I was 18 years old, working in the Capital of my country, while my family was in my town, helping them with the bills, made me change the way I was.
