19 weeks you mean? just about 5 months or so?.. the old wives tale is "if your carrying it high, and your waist is thin, its a boy" if your carrying it low and your hips have spread, its a girl.. .. otherwise only an ultrasound will tell.. but then again, they arent always correct, a little girl could be holding a finger out down there and the technician reads the image wrong.. haha

Anyway, on with the question, I think you can by the Sharp of the stomach. When my aunt was first pregnant with I girl, her tummy was more flat in Sharp. But when she had a boy it was more of a sharper shape.
