If you want to define yourself in front of people interviewing you then try the following:
Plan your strategy ahead. Make sure that you have any accomplished certificates with you at the interview or at least a copy of them. Awards of any kind would be good too.
Maybe you could request a copy of your current job evaluation to take with you.
List for them your strengths. Job related of course. When you're discussing them, don't make it look like you're 'thinking about them'. Practice your strength speach before the interview so there is no hesitation at the interview.
If you don't have a visual of your accomplishments, then make sure you are able to discuss them.
