Now he's trying to sell his crap music again, under the name "Yusuf".
I say boycott this idiots work.
A man that advocates murder, isn't someone who I want to give money to.

And shame on the BBC for making his latest tune record of the week, but what would you expect from a station that still plays Michael Jackson..?

when he was a new convert he was particularly obnoxious as if to prove how committed he was, his fundings/donations also to some charities came into question (which is why years later he was refused entry to the u.s.) Now that he wants to be back in mainstream music again he has tempered his zealousness and presents himself as mr nice guy again, what a creep, to win back his music cred. A hypocrit if ever there was one.

Well it shouldnt be our problem to judge people and their talents with their religion..cuz this is a personal thing it only between the person and his god...when we are dead is any one going to earth with us???its only our deeds and our relation with god..i think yusuf islam found in the islam what we did see...maybe its not as it appears..for example dimond is a very stronge and tough stone but still it's percious, may be islam is that way you dont understand until u know about.. its true that yusuf of cat stevens has gone away for a while but may be he having a break (for his spirtual life)and then he coming to suprise us!!! i love him with any religion and may be more when he became muslim...cuz at least he got what he was looking for....thank u for ur info: am Jewish.

Yusuf Islam or formerly Cat Stevens like all converts is more religious than born Muslims
but I am not sure where he stands on suicide bombers or fatwa's placed on individuals. so call enemies of Islam (which means all of us infidels according to the fanatics).
I expect he now wishes to make more money for the cause with the sales of his relaunching his pop career lets face it he has created a lot of followers with Muslims.

I wasn't aware that Yusuf Islam, aka Cat Stevens, had agreed with the fatwa. Where is your source?
Don't by cd's anyway, so no problem with not supporting him.

What he must hate, is the best song he ever sang was the traditional Christian hymn Morning Has Broken. He sang it with such conviction too.
