Go to your OB as soon as possible. Sounds like you have an infection, and an infection with a fever can be dangerous, and very serious for you and your child. It does sound like it is more than likely a urinary tract infection, possibly along with a gastro-intestinal infection probably viral. The low back pain, and pressure is associated with the UTI, not labor. Better to be safe than sorry, so go see your Dr. ASAP, they should be able to wok you in the same day, if need be, got to the ER. Emergency rooms are used to treating things like this in pregnant patients. Take it from me, I work in one!!!!!

Dont be afraid of going to the hospital because you never know how far your dilated, You should go to the hospital because that baby will still be considered a premmie until you hit the 38 week mark. You dont want to rush things because the babys lungs need to develop throughly. I went into labor at 34 weeks and they stopped my labor and i walked around dilated to 3-4 for 4 more weeks. When my baby was born he still had trouble breathing even though he was a 38 weeker. They put him in the NICU unit for 6 days before he got to come home. Tell the doctor that you are feeling pressure and let him examine you, maybe the baby has moved farther down the birthing canal. Good luck to you and your baby

Sounds like you have a urinary tract infection. You need to be seen immediately, this is very dangerous if left untreated. Yes, at 31 weeks it could cause preterm labor.

probably just a urinary tract infection, or a bladder infection...just go to the doctor and get some medicine...it is more uncomfortable than anything...i do not think you need to worry about anything just make a appointment with your doctor and get this took care of...relax and do not worry cause worry does not help you or the baby...

No, more likely a urinary tract infection. But regardless you need to go to the emergency room as that fever is dangerous to your baby.

see your OB as soon as possible. It sounds like you have urinary tract infection. My OB said that UTI may trigger contractions.
