Pfft--sure you can adopt to if you have like a zillion dollars. My husband and I looked into adoption. Domestic adoption is expensive. Really expensive. So, we were told to look into foreign adoption. We got in touch with an agency and they hooked us up with a woman that represents China. We found out that if we wanted to adopt it was going to cost us $20,000 MINIMUM! We looked into other countries and the prices were not much better. I spent six months researching adoption costs and procedures. There is so much red tape and the price is so high that we decided to forget it.
I know one family who took out two huge loans to adopt their son. They found out later that he has all kinds of medical problems. They are totally broke trying to care for him.
Unless you are super rich it just isn't worth it. I could deplete my entire savings to adopt a child but then what? I'd have nothing left for their care or medical needs. Plus, I have two biological kids who I need to care for.
I think it is ridiculous how the system works. These celebs practically just walk in and take home a baby. The rest of us cannot do that. And it pisses me off because for most celebs it is just the lastest trend. They don't really care. They just want another reason to be in the spotlight. Foreign babies are the latest celeb accessory.

one rule for the rich and famous and another for us normal people im afraid seems to be the case.
people who break the law when they are famous rarely seem to get punished or treated the same way. yeah ok theres court cases but i bet they dont get spoken to or treated the same way we would in the same situation.
it is sickening and very unfair. these people are no more human than any of us so should have to obide by the same rules and conditions we have to

It's called for Celebs Money, Power & Respect for us it's called adoption procedures till we get it right.

Coz celebs today can get away with bloody murder!!! Though, i can't help thinking, this boy is damn lucky... going from having absolutly nothing to having anything he could ever possibly want...!! Not such a bad deal, hey?!
