Ok, my views on prostitution are probably going to be different than most women.
I have a friend that used to frequent a hangout to meet up with this one prostitute. He had just went through a terrible divorce and at first just needed some mindless sex to take his mind off of it all. He continued to see her because he still wanted her but he also said he felt like he could talk to her.She ended up moving away, but he always credits her for helping him through the lowest time in his life.
I think prostitution should be legalized. In Nevada, they are licensed and have to go through health checks on a regular basis. As long as it is two adults and it is consentual, then I say go for it. Whether you're having sex for money or for love, there are always terms of giving and receiving. If both of you are getting what you need from each other...then where is the problem?

I see a lot of young women walking streets forced by heroin to become prostitutes to feed the habit and it breaks my heart. They are always thin and emaciated due to the drug, but they cannot stop using it. THIS is immoral, that society allows it. Drugs dealers and the drug trade is too easily tolerated. To deal drugs is to kill people and the users that ain't dead, if they still have a mind, wish they were. Drug dealers and people involved in the trade to make money are killers. I think they should get what they give, the death penalty.

Put aside the religious aspect of the issue; ask yourself what is right and wrong and what is ethic and moral?
Moral is a human condition. We set our self a set of rules that is not enforces so much as believed. We believe in these rules because we view ourselves better then a lower life form like animal who has we believe has no morals.
Moral is founded by human due to the feeling of guilt and the need for redemption. We kill an animal so we can eat. We feel the animal need to be respected to give it’s life to us therefore we created an ideal in which we can honor the animal ‘sacrifice” so we may live.
Moral in many general ideals we mostly share like killing the innocent or other ideal like prostitution in which most of us question in the gray area.
Now to your question: Exactly what is "immoral" about prostitution in your opinion?
The act of prostitution is act of selling sex or another word selling the performance of the act in which human hold very close to the ideal of love and intimacy.
Though sex is part of love, it is not necessary “love” in it self. And this ideal of a business (Mobs) in which it is attached to the ideal of “sex for money” may weak the part of our family unit as well as the health of our reproduction result in some country regulated prostitution like Singapore but in this country we feel it is better remove prostitution all together.
The answer to your question is I personal believe it should be heavily regulated industries with tax and section of town set up as red zones as well as prevent health issue reason.
I would also attach a 2 year degree to the people working in the field of the service so they may know what physical (mob and pimps) and psychological (drug abuse) issue they may face with client and as well as them self’s.

There is nothing immoral about earning a good days pay with excelent customer service. I think people may see it as dirty, but if it were legalized and regulated we would all be better off. The ladies would be paid better, the conditions would be better and everyone would be safer from disease

There's nothing really immoral about it. You'd be performing a service that people need. We woundn't have been given sexual organs if we weren't meant to use them.
It may seem unnatural to some to except money for sex, but we live in a capitalistic society, and most of us perform services of one sort or another for money.

Nothing, in my opinion. If the girl or guy is doing it because they want to...even if it's only for money...(and not being pimped by someone else), I think it's okay. Now when they are being used and abused for someone else, that's just wrong on the pimp's part.
Your body is your's to do whatever you wish with it. But do what you want, not what someone makes you do against your will or religion or whatever, ya know?

Only other peoples perceptions!
Freud says that the strangest practice when it comes to sex is to not have any....everyone has their own little things - who am I to judge anyone else..
