Yes, the newest episode that subbed is episode 21. Maybe you just wait a little more to get AMG season 2 eps 21 on Youtube.
if you don't want to wait go to http://mrpc.us/fansub.htm/ to download the newest series of AMG season 2. its not an online watch site :P
