Define your meaning of hate? There are racist individuals in every city in every country in the world.

If you mean visiting a country who's government hates the US, then I'd have to say that I probably wouldn't want to go visit there anytime soon. Iran and N. Korea have both threatened war so I don't think it is safe for me there.
