It may seem to you as though you just aren't going to get pregnant. But you have only been trying for 4 months. Sometimes women get pregnant the first month of trying while others take a year or better,

I was on the depo shot for 3 years and once i stopped taking it I became pregnant a year later. No matter how hard i tried it seemed like i wasn't ever going to get pregnant but once i stopped thinking and worrying over it that is when it happened.

Go to http://www.mymonthlycycles.com and put in your period info and it will calculate when you will be fertile and ovulating. It is a free and very helpful website for you to keep track of your cycles and ovulation.

No matter how hard you try when a brand new little soul is meant to be brought into this worls he or she will.
Just give it some time before getting all tore up about it. If you have been trying now over a year that is when you are suppost to go to a doctor to see why you haven't been getting pregnant.

Good luck

i know exactly how you feel. i had been on depo for about 5 years before wanting a baby. i stopped having it june 2003 started trying for a baby march 2004 and didn't fall pregnant until october 2005. in the fine print of depo it says it can stop your body from ovulating from 2- 5 years. this was true for me, but i have known people to fall pregnant a week after the injection was due so you just never know. i know it's easier said then done but the best thing you can do is relax and not worry something is wrong or think every time am i going to be pregnant this month. i also recommend not doing a pregnancy test everytime your period is late (this is a bad habit i got into and it made me even more concerned and depressed). i tried for 18 months to fall pregnant and everyone around me was falling pregnant in a month or two and it felt like i couldn't deal with it anymore then out of the blue i was a day late and did a test and there was the positive sign i had been waiting for. i now have a beautiful 3 month old little girl named isabella and she is more then worth the wait. stay positive and relaxed and your dreams might just come true. good luck.

Everybody is different. The first thing is to stop worrying! I haven't been on depo but i was on the pill and it messed my system up badly. It took me a year to conceive in the end.

July to now isn't very long. Your body still might be settling down so don't worry. One thing you can do is to find out when you're ovulating to maximise your chances. it doesn't matter if you're having sex every day, that might just be depleting your partners supplies as it were. You can either buy a home ovulation kit or do what i did. Buy yourself a digital thermometer. Every morning, before you get out of bed, take your temp and note it down. I found the best way to do this was in a diary, no date mix ups then! When you're ovulating your temperature will rise a little. this is the best time for you to get jiggy with your partner and hopefully conceive! After doing this for 3 months i fell pregnant and I now have a beautiful two year old daughter! we're planning on trying for a second after our holiday in november and i'm going to start taking my body temp at the beginning of next month so i can get a head start!

Good luck and only go see your gp if you dont' get pregnant for a year or so. it'll happen when its ready so dont stress, you wont' help anything ;)

You haven't really been trying very long, give it time. The average woman takes 9 months to get pregnant. Your doctor will tell you to see them after you have been trying for 1 year with out success.

It took me 1 year and 8 months to get pregnant. Everyone told me to go to the doctor but I refused. People put a lot of pressure on someone trying to get pregnant! I didn't even want to go and spent Christmas with our family, because my sister-in-law was pregnant at the time and everyone was asking when will I get pregnant. It's tough to ignore those people, but try! I hope you'll get pregnant soon!
