whiles some say its crackpots and their sites that claim this, the fact is we have allowed our goverment to make this happen , if not already in practice,, its perfectally legal for them to do so. Anyone recall Nixon's enemy list, he used the irs and other agiences to terrorize his enemies including John Lennon, whom he tied up in immigration courts for years. The same potential for abuse exists today, we have seen by all the scandles that we can not trust those who go to washington to govern nor protect us, either party! So yes this should cause some fear in the hearts of any really free minded people.
