Just change the time. The reason u r suppose to take it at the same time is to get u in a routine and they say it works best if u take it at the same time. Also if u have been takin it for a while, it is still in ur system so changing the time of day should have no effect at all!!

Depends which ones you are taking. If it's the progestogen only mini pill they cannot be taken more than 24 hours apart without needing additional contraception for the next few days. If its the combined pill you are safe up until 36 hours after last taking one, so can progressively "move" the time you take it by a few hours over a few days.

I would suggest you wait until your "pill free" week then when you are due to start taking the pills again, change the time at that point. That way you don't run this risk of taking a pill too late and lowering your protection.

it is best to stick at the same time, so id continue witht he pack you are using now at the same time, then after ur break, when ready to continue with another pack, then simply take at your desired time.

just start taking it at the time you want - its not a big problem thats what i did
