And you could selectively breed giants too...
But good luck convincing an ethical committee on the moral "rightness" of breeding humans like animals..

I would think any thing is possible in this day and age and the chances of two small people having a small child is greater than if two tall people would have a small child and vice versa.
it's like if you have ginger hair it has been proven that the ginger hair is dying out because the other colour like black brown are more dominant and so there is less and less ginger haired people around but if two people with ginger hair were to have children the likely hood is that there off spring would be ginger it's all to do with the strongest genes

Why, supermarket shelf stackers!..
...one for the low shelves, that hurt my back bending down for.
