Simple answer: well admittedly I'd spend and spend for at least a while, but that'd get boring -- then I'd become a philanthropist and use it to do good in the world

Less simple: if it was truly unlimited, it would actually become worthless -- if you've studied economics you'd be familiar with the effects of supply and demand -- one the way individual country's control the valuation of their currency is through money supply, ie the amount of their currency in circulation -- basically more supply decreases the relative value of a currency, while a restriction in supply increases its relative value -- thus an unlimited supply would reduce it to zero.
