the language is Vietnamese.
"bay gio bun wa chang biet lam gi, gui" means
I am so depressed right now, I don't know what to do.
I was born and raised in Vietnam.

Hello,
I guess you get this sentence from a chat . It is the informal chat language used by some teenagers or young adults in Saigon, through the use of words like : bun, wa, gui. These words are not correct and can only be seen in such cases. The correct forms/spellings are : buon , qua, roi
Here is the English translation: I'm so sad now and don't know what to do.

Hm...I would say viet, but, as a Viet person, I know that there's no w in the Viet language at all. When you say wa, do u mean va?
If u do, the translation's this: Right now (bay gio), I'm busy (bun) and (va) I don't know what to do (chang biet lam gi)...
I dont know wat gui is, though. Hope I helped.
