do these have any issues such as the honda timing belts that need to be replaced or risk ruining the engine? I'm looking to buy one that has around 90k miles I realize the regular stuff for a 12 year old vehicle, i'm just wondering if there is anything big that it will possibly need soon? Thanks

Yeah, you need to check the timing belt.
The brake rotors on those go quickly as well. Otherwise, Nissan engines are strong for hundreds of thousands of miles if maintained well.

Not sure, but i think the Pathfinder uses a timing chain and not a belt. So belt breakage should not be an issue for you.
