They tried that long ago, there was a 1950's Batman villain called Cat Man, who tried to seduce Catwoman and Batwoman to his side. Batwoman was too honest, and Catwoman was too independant to go along with his schemes.
Also, I don't know if T'Challa (Marvel's Black Panther) would want a wife of another race. He's got a good thing going, with Storm.

No, Black Panther is concerned for his native people's welfare. I don't think Catwoman views the world in that way.
