What's the best way to approach you if a guy see u somewhere and wanted to talk?

I appreciate that you asked the question. It indicates that you want to be respectful.
I would not start by asking her name. Unfortunately, women have to be so cautious now, that you first have to make sure she is comfortable with you. That should not take that long, but it helps just to make small talk for a few minutes. Say something about yourself, like where you work or where you are from. It is usually good to ask leading questions when you want to get to know someone else, but in this case, ask a safe question that is open ended. (rather than, "where do you live" or "how old are you".). Ask something like "I noticed blank blank movie is showing, have you seen it & what is it about?" You get the drift.
Go slow and make her feel comfortable.
Women need to feel respected and safe.

If I was sitting alone at a table or a bar, and you would approach me, I would like you to ask me first if I would mind you taking a seat next to me?
And if my answer would be that I DO mind, I would very much appreciate that you respected my answer, by saying something like :"That's okay, have a nice evening!", and then leave.
If I wouldn't mind you taking the seat next to me, I would appreciate it if you just talked about every day stuff....and not, as some guys mistakenly (sp?) think they should do when they approach a lady, come on to me like a truck!

well if you kinda know a girl you like just start off with a simple hi. see her again say hi, and ask her about her day. again say the same then compliment her. this way you dont scare her and shell feel more comfortable with talking and trusting you.
if you do not know her just make it simple with the day question then slightly compliment her and tell her sorry for being rude or intruding even if your really not and just say you just wanted to take the opportuntity to get to talk or slightly know her. this shouldnt make it immediate blow off and shell respect you more and may trust you enough to talk to you alittle bit if interested. hope this helps try it out.
and never approach cocky or talking like you know it all or like you know your the hottest thing out there. just approach her like there was knowone else around and like shes a friend (politely). and never approach a girl when you have alot of friends with you. this will make you come off as a player and i guarantee most of the girls will feel uncomfortable and blow you off. if you come up to her by yourself or like one other friend this will show her that your not doing it to show off and that you are seriously a nice guy and this will make her more comfortable to talk to you without her feeling like shes getting judged and you both can just be you.

the best way to approach a women is to ask her what dose she think about the place,and than you get feel if she is into you,if she is. than tell her the truth if she has nice smile,tell her that, or you like her shoes...you get my point,don't ever say to a women what is her name in the first encounter,because that shows that you boring,than of course later you will,but no way in the beginning, no pick up lines.

Just go up to her and say "hi". If she's at the bar ask it you could sit down and talk, but don't by any means be cheesy!!! Just remember it's as hard for women to go up & met a guy as it is for you to go up to a woman. Good luck!!

the modern Filipino way:
1)get the girl to know that you exist
2)talk to her; get to know what she likes and etc.
3)spend time with her
4)give her things that she likes
5)tell her if you like her
6)tell her if you love her but make sure you do!
7)take it easy!don't rush!

say hello and ask her name and how shes doing... then after you two start talking, you'll get a conversation going, and when you first see her, compliment her on something
