they say when your happy you put on weight but when your depressed you put on weight as well so my question to you is how do you keep the weight off.im a very fit person but i was talking to my friend who has been putting on some weight and she seems to be very happy.im just wondering if theres any truth to the rumor that you put on weight when your happy

lol maybe the answer is to be a totally balanced human being then you can be a totally balanced weight. But as for the rumour i am not so sure that it has any basis in real fact. Good Luck with finding out
