I'm American, and I was just curious as how others from around the world feel about Americans. I want honest opinions (please don't insult me though).

I am Japanese. I like American music and movies and people in general. But I don't like Americans' arrogance.
Based on its enormous military and economic power, Americans tend to think they are the leader of the world, police of the world and Amecian standard should be the global standard.
Every nation has its own culture, religion, philosophy and reasons to act in certain way in relations to the U.S. Americans should pay more respect to the differences among the nations.

Americans are African, Italian, Chinese, Greco, Indian and etc...
The face of America has been changing steadily. There is no "Pure Breed" race anymore.(as if there ever was) Everyone has got a little bit of everything in them.
Do you know that a few of the Presidents of the United States of America were the descendants of slaves? (Eisenhower)
There are many things in America that would boggle your mind if you knew, but I will tell you that I am blessed to be in such a country.

Being from the Confederate States of America I think American are very nice people. Hard working(or most) smart, and caring.
Americans have proved their mettle time and time again on the field of battle and in giving out of their hearts, and pocket books to those in need world wide, Even when they would accept it and kill us afterwards for it.

A free society whereby all r free to do what they feels to.. due to this stress levels r low among americans resulting in better success rate.

they are an intelligent but isolated group with enormous wealth and influence. unfortunately, the market is consuming itself and they will become an uneducated, fat race of tweakers like khan and rome and portugal and britain were when they got dethroned. but all around good people.
