is the basis of Christianity socialism, if it is what is capitalism?

so what would you do if you want to be successful, you cant be rich, and be a christian can you? if you going to follow the word.
so now if that said and if its true, you cant be successful and be a christian at the same time (being rich)......please help i have been asking and pondering this question for many years!

The social gospel of Christianity, in modern terms, requires a degree of socialism exercise. E.g., instead of giving alms, we give pensions to the disabled.

Christian communism was practiced by the very early church (see the book of Acts) but was quickly discarded as impractical. There have been Utopian communities since (e.g., the Shakers), but these have not endured.

Affter all is said and done, the so-called "market econommy", i.e., capitalism as practiced in the US and Europe, seems the most efficient, and suprisingly, the most humane method of ministering to people in need.

A righteous or right-standing person who practices the works of our Living God shall Prosper greatly, enough to leave an inheritance for your children, and there children.Seek first the Kingdom of God and all these things shall be added to you.Give and it shall be given unto you.....pressed down ,shaken together, and running over. Maxwell is an expert on business and church leadership as well as being a successful Christian.
