Well as you can tell my fiance and I were getting a lil frisky. We just had twin boy's, I so don't need anymore. Is it possible for sperm to go through a tampon?

I've NEVER heard of anybody having sex with a tampon in them. Where do you people come from.

I sincerely hope that the two people who answered no ahead of me aren't using tampons as contraceptives. Because they are dead wrong. Yes sperm can go thru a tampon. And yes, you can get pregnant even with a tampon inserted.

If the tampon becomes sufficiently saturated with semen, the sperm can actually swim thru the tampon.

The reason the tampon is absorbent, is because it contains a lot of air pockets in which fluid can be trapped. Considering that sperm is microscopic, it can swim thru these air pockets/channels, thru your vaginal canal and into your uterus.

The reason condoms and diaphragms are effective contraceptives is that they are solid and sperm can't swim thru it, unless it develops a tear or rip.

No.

Are you sure what you have inside is a tampon?
Is it possible to have a "meat" tampon?

Take the tampon out of there first.
