4x^2+36xy+81y^2
i think you copied the sum wrong
(2x)^2+2(2x)(9y)+(9y)^2
=(2x+9y)^2
=>(2x+9y)(2x+9y)

4x^2 + 36xy = 81y^2
4x^2 - 36xy + 81y^2 = 0
(the q is wrong it shld hv been 4x^2 + 81y^2 = 36xy)

is of the format a^2 + b^2 - 2ab -- eq 1

thus here a = 2x , b= -9y

The above eq 1 deduces to (a - b) (a + b)

thus resulting in

(2x - 9y) (2x + 9y)
