Where can I find a free trivia quiz for Utterly Me, Clarice Bean?

The author is Lauren Child. This book is on the accelerated reader list. My district has not bought the quiz that accompanies it, so I'm trying to locate a free one for a student who has read the book.

I have searched the internet but the only hits I'm getting in my search are either book sellers selling the book or advertisers or school districts advertising the AR test. My only suggestion then would be to read the book and come up with a list of questions yourself.
