OK, the truck is 12 years old and the mileage on it seems very good. Play it safe, before you buy ask to have the vehicle inspected by a garage that will give you afair idea of what condition the truck is really in. Have them check all the safety issues with the truck including brakes and emmisions. Check the heat, the AC, and all power accessories that are in the truck. They can check all the fluids such as differential and transmission as well. I used to own a garage and i performed this many times for my customers. The fee is usually 1 hours labor.
good luck.......

Just remember it is almost 12 years old. Yes, definitely a new timing belt. All other drive belts, CV boots, struts/shocks, battery, rubber hoses in the engine compartment that are close to heat sources.

If an automatic, does the fluid look nice and red? Check the radiator fluid for color.
