im 18 and my nipples are sensitive and always "erect" it hurts when i touch it,it happened before when i was 13 or 14 i think. my mom said that its puberty but why is it happening again??

Nipples on guys can be very easily stimulated - especially if they are somewhat larger than those of others. The simple touch/movement of a shirt across them can keep them hard. Part of your body maturing will take care of this, but if they are sensitive now, they will likely be so for a long time [I know, as mine are like this - which can be quite fun if your partner notices and enjoys playing with them!]
