who gives a damn what amendment it violates, if you are not doing anything wrong then why should you worry about it you dumbasses, when the founding fathers wrote the constitution they didn't have radical islamic terrorists destroying everthing they were writing the constitution for in the first place. common sense will tell you that if you are worried about the patriot act then why don't you just join the terrorists cause thats what you are doing by voting against it

It is people just like you and your scaredy cat attitude that will make life here a nightmare if these kooks try to impose martial law. You need to get some facts and yes stand up and be a friggin man. No one in this world lives in a big pink plastic safe bubble. Because the constitution is the most important document we have going for our country. It is more important than any politician, solider, civil servant, or anyone associated with the government. They all swear to give their lives to protect what it stands for.
