Right Hand to Left Hand Conversion- (or vice versa) In order to "convert" an acoustic guitar the nut must be replaced and the saddle slot in the bridge must be filled and recut to correct the saddle angle and intonation.

Pickguards, while they can be removed, often leave a very noticeable 'tan line', so many players opt to leave them and simply add another or go without.

Not if a single cutaway. If the body is symmetrical, flip the nut, the bridge and the tailpiece. The controls will be a little odd.
Hendrix, a lefty, used a righthanded Fender strung upside down.

is it a guitar that will let you hand slide down to the bottom of the neck? if so just switch the strings around

don't see why not, Hendrix did right yo left. Just make sure that the guitar is still tuned low on top high on bottom.

yes.. re string the guitar.. switching top for bottom.. the neck will end the same.. but the strings will be inverted..
