THE MURDER RATE IN PHILLY, WORKING IN A HOSPITAL, HAVING TO DRAG IN YOUNG BOYS FROM POLICE WAGONS AND CARS AND AMBULANCES BLOODY AND FULL OF BULLET HOLES, HAVING TO WATCH FAMILY AFTER FAMILY LOSE SOMEONE TO VIOLENCE, DRIVING HOME AFTER A LONG NIGHTS WORK AND GETTING PULLED OVER BY THE NARCOTICS OFFICERS BECAUSE I HAVE SHINY RIMS ON MY CAR, NOT GETTING ENOUGH SLEEP, GETTING UP AFTER ABOUT 3 HOURS OF SLEEP AND DOING IT ALL OVER AGAIN.....SHALL I CONTINUE?
