I recently lost 80 lbs, so I know all about this loose skin business. Theres lots of things you can do to get your skin back into shape! But you have to be ready for the hard work. Hey, its better than surgery right?! You like your belly button.. You dont want them to make you a new weird one...

Check out the resource links below. They are GREAT. And will give you all the information you need to tighten your skin back up. The first one is the best. That guys my hero.

It can take up to a year for your body to get back into shape. But some women never do. My skin was not made for pregnancy and I ended up with lots of stretch marks that basically ruined my stomach. Plus the muscles were ruined. No amount of exercise can fix that. Only a tummy tuck. Most people I know aren't as unlucky as I was. Some people walk out of the hospital room after having a baby and look like they were never pregnant!!! For the most part it depends on your genetics.

over time it will tighten a bit...but for the most part no.
Unless you get a tummy tuck you're kinda stuck with it.
I have my little "pouch" from having my son. try to lose the weight gradually and get some good toning exercises...Pilate's are great for toning and reshaping your body.
But..in the end....be proud of your body and what it is capable of doing. Wear that skin with pride. You earned every stretch mark.
And what came out of that was something beautiful that only a woman can do. And besides...most men don't even notice that stuff.

Depends on how long ago you had your baby. Congratulations! Give it a few weeks to snap back into place. If it doesnt, then you might not have a choice...But give it some time....Could take up to a few months...Don't worry...
