Cross multiply:
3/18 = -4h
make h the subject

3/(18X -4) = h

h = 3/-72 = -3/72 = -1/24

3/-4= -3/4........put the negative sign if from of the mix number
-3/4h= 18.....original equation
-3/4h* -4/3= 18* -4/3.........both side multiplied -4/3
h= -24

Check:
-3/4(-24)=>18 18=18
