Are you talking about PMS or actually mentruating? B/c some men don't realize there's a huge difference. If she's PMSing, she's in her week BEFORE her actually period, and she can get emotional and bitchy which can be quite a turn-on for guys, like that song from N-eyo, "so damn sexy when you're mad," LOL. She's also very fertile at this time, so sex feels much better.
When she's menstruating, she's actually calmer, but not fertile. I've heard men are turned on by this (even though they freak about about periods) for the simple fact that it's very womanly and something they can't experience themselves, so it's intriguing.

Take it from a female, it's gross, it's a mess, and it's a huge turn OFF.
