It happened to me once. I don't know why he was having "it" though, but he was uncomfortable about it.
I looked away and hold covered my mouth to stop from laughing.

Guys get them sometimes for no reason, they can't help it. He probably wasn't actually turned on by anything.
When I see something like that in public, I chuckle a bit on the inside, but try not to laugh outwardly. Poor guy is probably already embarrassed to death.

It happens...unfortunately it's very embarrassing.
If it happens whatever you do don't touch him at all, this will only make him crazy...
Don't laugh either because then he will be super embarrassed.
Best thing to do is act like it never happened...Slowly back away.
