First you have to do control your diet.after control your diet you have to do pranayam daily.pranayam is the only way to reduce the extra fat from body.some pranayam i suggest are BRASTRICA(if you are not suffering from high B.P.),KAPALBHATI,ANULOMVILOM,BRAHMARI,UDGITHY,NADI SODHAN.these pranayam are learn with the help of any expert in the same line.if you have not find any expert in your local area buy a c.d. of baba ramdevji and learn from it.
third drink plenty of water as much as you can.
if you cannot control your eating habit,eat only much vegetable and fruit to fulfil your desire and not to eat food which contain high fat/calories.
fourth take any well branded multivitamin for protect your strength during diet control,this will help you to maintain your internal strength and you will not feel tier/lazy(i suggest you NUTRILIT DAILY TABLET ONCE IN A DAY)
these four step surely help you for your motto,because i have got result the same way and reduce my excess fat

Do some yoga,its really effective.But it depends upon how u do that.u shud concentrate on the respiring part as far as yoga is concerned.because that the thing that makes yoga effective then the other western exercises.
I daily go to gym,spend a lot of time exercising ,but i could shed only few kilos and its too tiring after u come from a gym.but yoga is not like that.
u can do it at home and daily 1-1 n 1/2 will keep u fresh and also u will not gain weight that fast as u leave doin that.
but if u get a good shape and left goin to gym,ur body will be much worse than that it was previously.

1. Avoid fatty foods
2. Stop junk food
3. Exercises daily
4. Take honey with lime juice in warm water
5. Walk for at least 6 KM a day
6. Use staircase for going up or down be fast in climbing and ascending, avoid lift.
7. Don't take fat reducing allopathy pills, it will case side effects like heart burn, chest pain, severe pain in sides of chest etc.

Generally fats in our body are non weighted substances which get accumulated in our body with extra calories of cholestrol.The one and only easy way of getting rid of fat is DRINK AS MANY WATER AS POSSIBLE a day as when u drink lots of water u tend to wash these fats away they get exhausted within a month time.THIS IS EASIEST AND FEASIBLE WAY OF GETTING RID OF FATS.good luck u will surely turn slim if u do this excercise.

my sis lost wieght by one eating sensible 3 meals square getti all daily allowenses etc and doin lots of easy exorsises like lots lifting low weights, ,jogging,power wealking/hiking, just dont stop eating as then ur body reatains fat as a sort of emergency store also drink plenty of water and if all elce faios go 2 dietisen as they can give u a set out what 2 eat plan typ thing

If you don't eat your body will hold on to the fat so what i would do is eat better ...more healthy foods and get exercise....even if its walking daily. Drink plenty of water.
