Hi guys,i am ezhil from banglore. i am a s/w engineer and in the past 4 months(since i joined company) i hav gained weight like heck. i was 78 and now i am 85.6 .i really dont believe that.pls give some helpful tips to reduce my weight. i am really worried how to reduce it .

First you have to do control your diet.after control your diet you have to do pranayam daily.pranayam is the only way to reduce the extra fat from body.some pranayam i suggest are BRASTRICA(if you are not suffering from high B.P.),KAPALBHATI,ANULOMVILOM,B... SODHAN.these pranayam are learn with the help of any expert in the same line.if you have not find any expert in your local area buy a c.d. of baba ramdevji and learn from it.
third drink plenty of water as much as you can.
if you cannot control your eating habit,eat only much vegetable and fruit to fulfil your desire and not to eat food which contain high fat/calories.
fourth take any well branded multivitamin for protect your strength during diet control,this will help you to maintain your internal strength and you will not feel tier/lazy(i suggest you NUTRILIT DAILY TABLET ONCE IN A DAY)
these four step surely help you for your motto,because i have got result the same way and reduce my excess fat

Since you mention you are a software engineer, and have gained weight since you started working 4 months ago, I am betting that you have cut out much of your physical activity for work. If you sit at a desk all day, you need to get exercise either before or after work. Try jogging in the morning. Also, take healthy snacks to eat at your desk instead of making trips to the vending machine. I had the same problems when I started working at a major bank and spent a lot of hours at my desk.

1.Eat chapati's in your lunch with vegetables.Dont eat rice and potato.
2.Take water only half and hour after meals.
3.Take small meals 4-5 times a day instead of 2 heavy meals.
4.Start brisk walking for 3 kms a day.
5.Drnk more water.Drink 4 glasses of water first thing in the morning.
