Ones I conect the Ipod to the computer to check it, does not recognises it, instead int makes noices inside the hard drive.

My sister had the same problem. All she did was actually installing the CD it came with. Somehow everything worked perfectly. If you haven't installed the CD try that first if it still doesn't work call customer support.

From the Beginning!
Firstly, RESET your iPod!(Press and Hold Play/Pause and MENU simultaneously-till Apple Logo Appears)

Check to see if all connectors are clean and undamaged.

Then confirm that you iTunes installed correctly on your Mac or P.C.

Re-connect your iPod, Click 'Refresh'
If this does not work you need to go back to your Apple retailer (Or whoever sold you your iPod)
Apple are Great with warranty issues,and if there's a Fault-They will resolve it!

i think there may be some dust in the ipod itself so blow it once and insert it if it doent work then there must be a prob with ur ipod or USB port of ur system

go to apple.com and download the new version of i tunes
