Urlacher turned in to a machine at the end of that game. The Bears defense had a great second half. There were amazing things that happened that game, but overall the Bears humiliated themselves.

Maybe what was great about this game is not the game itself, but how it potentially saves a great season and won't be singled out in history as a terrible loss in a great season.

It's kind of a wait and see approach. You wait to see who's going to screw up more than the other. Whoever sucks the least "played great". But I agree, they'll be talking about this game all day tomorrow, but probably because of how good Leinart was, how bad Grossman was and how the hell the "same old Cardinals" showed up last night.

It was history. There has never been a game like that. It's not about how it was played, it's about the end result. The Bears should've lost that game but didn't. The Bears did EVERYTHING to lose that game....but their defense did something that has never been done in the history of the NFL.

Which people think poorly played games are great? I don't know anyone like that. Now, it was interesting and exciting because of how it all went down, but that doesn't make it a "great" game.

It was great for Chicago because it showed that the "D" can still get it done. It was a horible 1st half for the bears..and yes...sloppy....but look who wanted it more...once again..the defensive REFUSED to give up a win...and look what they achieved! Monsters of the Midway baby!

So..yes, a great game...showed us that yes..they are still hungry for a win...yes..they can screw up and recover...yes..they can still score without the offense....I thought it was awesome.

most of the game might have been sloppy, for the bears, in the end they came through, and thats why people, like me, think theses games are great

Poorly played games teach you that if you keep fighting, you will always have a chance to win, don't quit. Lesson for life.

I think it just depends on what side you're on. That game was a series of bad calls on AZ and lame playing for three quarters on the Bears' part.

Don't forget the D. How about it. Cardinals chokeing or not. The D stepped up and took care of business.
Oddly enough just like last year.

Because that is what made it exciting.....the defense making plays on turnovers, the pressure that made rackers miss the 40 yarder....it was a great game.
