I'm NOT a doctor or expert on foot, but I took another look at the x-rays. and it looks to me that the heel bone on the right foot is longer than the heel bone of the left foot.

It is odd in that you have a nail in each foot. In addition, it is on the top side so you couldnt have stepped on them.
I suggest a doctor.
