i get my period like 4 times a year and after getting it i get this yellow liquid and sometimes pink and it smells like my period but is not could it be that i had a miscarage with out knowing?

You can't be sure without seeing a doctor. From past experience when you have a misscariage the bleeding lasts like a normal period. Usually the bleeding is accompanied with some blood clots and cramps. Try reading about it here and if you can schdule an appointment with your doctor in case there are complications and you did miscarry you might need a D&C. I hope this helps.

that sounds like a nasty infection or an std. Seriously you need to go and get checked out. You should be having a period more than 4 times a year anyway!

Miscariages are usually painful. I had one, and is was pretty painful..although I was real early when I had it. I would go and get checked asap just in case.
