She asked a question about a month ago about a disappearing taskbar and the question was never resolved. I think I found the answer but have no way of communicating with her as I accidentally deleted an e-mail she sent me. So will the former bertaturtle please contact me or someone who knows who this person is please give me her new YA name. Thanks ever so much for your cooperation.

Alas Kzapp. I went through all my answers twice already looking for her question, but I think when she changed her name, she deleted all her previous questions for some reason. Anyway I'll look again. I know she still hasn't resolved the issue because I got an e-mail from her via the YA route. Don't ask me why I deleted it. I just wasn't thinking. Ha and I pride myself on being so knowledgeable. I'm hoping she will write again and won't think I left her flat.

If you can find the question that you answered go to it , point your cursor to her picture, and click to get her profile. With any luck it should give you her new username.
